Learn to stretch and flow with us with a relaxing prostate cancer-safe yoga session on Zoom.

Yoga classes are free and available to all prostate cancer patients and their partners (or support people) every Tuesday at 3:00 Pacific (6:00 Eastern). 

No previous experience required!

About Sharon

YOUR BUTTS IN YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Hello there! My name is Sharon Freeman and I have always loved fitness since I was a kid.  I was always one of those front row keener participants in fitness class and my instructors convinced me to get into teaching. Consequently, I have been a fitness instructor for over 20 years.  Fitness has also been my life-saver. For real.  The short story is, I no longer have a potentially life-threatening, supposedly incurable,  autoimmune condition known as Takayasu’s Arteritis thanks to fitness and healthy mindset. I love sharing my passion for fitness with others.   I share my home with my husband Darren & we have two male Goldendoodles, Enzo and Frankie. I want to stay fit so I can move better for longer.  I am a diehard animal lover,  foodie, dog groomer and esthetician so I enjoy wearing those hats too. I am really looking forward to being a part of your journey in health and wellness through the Butts in Motion program!
