PROSTATE CANCER AND EXERCISE

Getting physical exercise is the most valuable thing a prostate cancer patient can do to increase his chances of having a good and long life. 

 

Here are some of the papers from recent medical literature showing that this benefit is true for all patients whether they have advanced disease or are on active surveillance.
