VIRTUAL FITNESS SESSIONS
VIRTUAL
Work out with us from the comfort of your own home. Our group meets twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays at 4:30 pm Pacific for a 1 hour fitness session over Zoom, followed by a chance to chat and hang out while cooling down.
Men of all fitness levels and at any point in their cancer journeys are welcome to join us.
Just make sure you have clearance from your physician and healthcare team first.

IN-PERSON
During non-COVID times, our group meets in-person at local recreation centres or outdoors at local parks for our fitness sessions.
